Description
A very tasty Indonesian salad
Instructions
1: Heat oil in pan and fry onion until golden brown.
2: Cut cucumber in half lenghtways and slice. Add bean sprouts, cabbage, green beans and cucumber to onions and stir fry for 3 mins.
3: Add satay sauce plus an equal quantity of water and stir fry until mixture is heated through and sauce is well blended.
4: Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnish with eggs and peanuts.
Notes
This dish could be part of an Indonesian buffet.
