  • 225 gr Bean Sprouts
  • 175 gr White Cabbage, Shredded
  • 75 gr Whole Grean Beans, Trimmed and Halved
  • 1 jar - 191 gr Sharwoods Malaysian Satay Sauce
  • Lettuce to Serve
  • 2 Hardboiled and Quartered Eggs
  • 25 gr Salted Peanuts, Chopped

DescriptionDescription  A very tasty Indonesian salad
InstructionsInstructions  1: Heat oil in pan and fry onion until golden brown.

2: Cut cucumber in half lenghtways and slice. Add bean sprouts, cabbage, green beans and cucumber to onions and stir fry for 3 mins.

3: Add satay sauce plus an equal quantity of water and stir fry until mixture is heated through and sauce is well blended.

4: Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnish with eggs and peanuts.
